Companies need an outsider to facilitate their meetings such as corporate strategic planning or company performance evaluation or assessment in order for them to get an outside opinion that may have an impact on their agenda. This can help companies organize and neutralize the planning their executive committee members as well as leaders, managers, and supervisors.
My experience having worked as a consultant to big and small companies in different industries gave me an idea to launch a new brand called “Crossfire” where I am always caught at the middle of information sharing and debate.
Why would I be the most effective training, meeting, planning, or evaluation facilitator that you can have?
- I have spoken to more than 100 business owners and CEOs (and I continue to talk to them and consistently get in touch with them).
- I have spoken to executive committee members of companies in wellness, retail, garments, food, logistics, restaurant, training, recruitment, pre-need, and real estate industry among others (and I’ve gathered different thoughts and ideas of these leaders about their own industry and how every industry can impact one another).
- I have spoken and interviewed thousands of employees from cashier to janitor to messenger to clerk bookkeeper to accountant to managers and supervisors (and I got a remarkable discovery that is common in them; I also discovered how we can bring out the best of every person in the workplace).
