Forget about how much money you make. What you do with your money is far more important than how much money you have. There’s more to life than counting your money. One of them is to make sure it gives you and your loved ones real joy. It’s fine to count your money but there’s more to life than counting. You must be wise enough to know where to put it. It’s yours. Now, make it count.

“No” is more expensive than “Yes” because it’s more difficult to say thus you only get it from people who are brave enough to say so. Don’t patronize so many yeses, they’re cheap.

It pains me to see less from my on-the-job trainees and speak harsh words about their works, but it would pain me even more to see them failing in the future and falling prey to the highly demanding, unforgiving corporate world. If being an enemy is how they see me now, the future is there to tell them that I became their enemy only because I loved them.

Achievement is nothing but another stepping stone to fulfillment. It’s not the end. Without achieving anything, people don’t get the necessary energy to move on and take bolder actions. Once you find fulfillment in what you do, then achievement no longer becomes a big deal for you. That’s the best sign of maturity, when there’s almost nothing that you fear about because your business is no longer about getting something but rather giving something out of your fulfilled self.

Dash is something you find between the dates of your birth and death. It is short. What do you make of it?

It’s easy to know if you’re a good person. Many people will testify about that. So you don’t have to invent anything here. You just have to honestly face the fact. If you’re a good person, you must be doing some good things. Now, that’s where we go next. You can still make some developments in areas where you are good at. If you are good at, say, Mathematics, then you don’t want to work harder in History. You need to be a better Math student. If you are good in Music, then you should do everything to be a better musician.

Opportunity is nothing but a chance, too. That’s why some people miss it, lose it, make it, break it, take it, or leave it. When you take an opportunity, it’s only a chance. But isn’t it exciting to have 50% chance of winning when you take it and 100% chance of losing when you don’t?
