I had a 9AM meeting in Makati Shangri-La with DFA II. Shortly before we parted ways, Au, who identified herself as a researcher for DZMM, texted me if she can call me. I said sure.
I found out that she saw my column in The Sunday Times entitled Act Like a Professional that is just what they need for 12 noon’s radio program. She asked me if it’s ok for me to be interviewed by Tina Monson-Palma and Angelo Palmones on their Paksa program. I said why not.
And so I gave her my land line number.
It’s past 11 in the morning when I texted some of my friends about the interview. I told them about my interview and I asked them to forward the message. I did that because I want to reach as many people they know for me to somehow throw some ideas on their career lives.
The topic was about widening career option and I said this is perfect for those who are graduating this academic year and for those who are planning to shift from their present job (because the contract ended?). Uhm, not really for me to judge.
It was five minutes before 12nn when DZMM called me and they gave me a monitor.
