Alright, this one will be a bit short. I just dropped by really to do this blog but after a couple of minutes, I’ll be leaving for Personal Development one-day training for the City Government of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. My traveling bag has already everything I needed in it so I’m ready share some stories happened in the opening of 2009.
We just launched our newly-renovated website. See it for yourself by using this link. We’ve generated a quite huge traffic and we’d like to thank those visitors who gave their comments and suggestions–most of them really touched our hearts.
There were several invitations for to speak to corporations such as Toshiba (which I will have to visit first on January 21), Masaito Development Corp., Total Information Management Corp. (I was able to meet the company HR director and AVP yesterday, both were surprised by my age), Event Planning, Canon Marketing Philippines, and Honda Cars-Pampanga.
I’m set to fly to Iloilo City to speak before the delegates of Iloilo Federation of Junior Marketing Associations and after that, I might go to Baguio City to speak at St. Louis University.
Last night I was invited to speak at a regular meeting of Rotary Club of Downtown San Juan. I had a very short talk on “Three Qualities of an Achiever.” After my talk, I met with Victor Tan, owner of Bobson Jeans. We had a great time talking at California Pizza Kitchen in Greenhills.
Too bad I wasn’t able to meet with Prof. Jay Bernardo (Asian Institute of Management) yesterday because of conflict in our schedules. There’s another one pending by the way. Before the year ends, JV Calleja, country manager of Leo Pharma wanted to set a meeting with me.
There have been several orders placed for our books and publications. Thanks to those people who became interested with my books. It’s really such a pleasure being a motivator to you!
Uhmmm, what else? As I’ve told you, things are coming, they’re coming too fast, and they’re coming in different packages. But they’re coming, really. There’s one catch though that some people tend to forget: Whether an opportunity comes along or not, it doesn’t matter for a simple reason that opportunity only unveils itself before the eyes of those who are prepared to grab it.
Oopppps. I have to go. Will write again, sooooooon! Bye bye.
