First Sunday, first invitation in a radio show, first American subscriber in my coaching program for the new year.
I slept at around 2:30 a.m. and woke up by a text message from Zhander Cayabyab of DZMM, the Philippines biggest AM radio station owned by television giant ABS-CBN (Alto Broadcasting System-Chronicle Broadcasting Network). I think it’s one best way to wake up on a Sunday morning—a blessing or two.
I was invited to be a live studio guest in a radio program tomorrow, Monday, January 4, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. The program is “Talakan” anchored by Ahwel Paz and Direk Manny Castaneda. I was told that it’s kinda comedy radio talk show.
And then, trying to put up some new information in my new website, a certain David Grubbs from California sent me a message through Google chat saying he’s excited and equally thankful for what I offer (he’s talking about the career coaching that I give—free). We had a little conversation about what he does and what he intends to do in the coming days. I learned that he’s coming over the Philippines in 75 days for his humanitarian work here. But I also learned that he’s part of a Computer Source company in the US.
Last year, I was able to have several appearances on TV and live guesting at the same DZMM radio booth. I’m glad that I’m starting another year being on top of researcher’s mind as “an expert on career development.” I pray for more exposures this coming year and I know it will happen.
Whew! Great day to start the day. Although, a friend of mine is still not in here (and my breakfast, too!)
