For many people, it always feels great to be in the shore. It feels good to stay where you are especially if it is your comfort zone.

Filipino motivational speaker Lloyd Luna on “The Shore.”
And why would you rock the boat or fix the roof if it’s not raining? The thing is we don’t want to change until we find our selves in deep trouble. And then we complain for every inconvenience we would feel.
It is only when we lose our sight of the shore do we discover new oceans.
And yes, it is something many people are afraid of doing. Perhaps they are not courageous enough to risk what they have at the moment. This is precisely the reason why not so many succeed.
They choose to stay in the shore than discover new oceans.
I am not going to say that finding new ocean is easy. In fact I can assure you it is tough. But once you discovered one, I cannot describe how one person would feel about it.
When was the last time you’ve left the shore and discover your new ocean?
