Here are some feed backs from either my audience or clients:
There have been many entries, letters, emails, blogs, and cards that I get from friends, clients, and audience.
I must admit that they are all inspiring and heartwarming. I’m always excited to here from my clients and audience because for me it’s one way to myself and my skills even more. Of course I listen to some comments, positive and negative. However in the end, I will have to make the final call. Some negative comments are nothing but a by-product of insecurity. So, I treat some of them as “isolated cases.”
I’m writing this post because I’d like to share what people say about me and my work, not to brag about anything but simply to state facts.
I was thinking where to put them together. So I decided to just place them in one blog post. I’ll be going back to this post to add more feed back. In the meantime, I’m posting one recent message from an incoming NYK-TDG Maritime Academy scholar of the Development Bank.

Hi Sir Lloyd: I, upon reading this brief autobiography and motivational story, became aware of the same questions as to “is there a job?, will i succeed?, etc. Growing up in an area where to quote you-progress is limited or uncertain made me evaluate what I have, my tools for success.
Intending not to brag or anything, I have the talent to write too with not just the literal meaning. I realized this just when I happened to hear you personally in NYK-TDG Academy last may 24. And,hopefully, it wont be the last.
With utmost sincerity, I wanna thank you for those motivating words and
inspiring antics and may God bless us the way He did to you and may He bless you more.
