I’ve been in the business of people development for the past five years. I’ve seen how people failed over and over again and I’ve seen some of them succeeding in an incredible speed. Oh, no—not many of them are born with riches. Most of them had a very difficult past.

In all those years of studying the psychology of success—why people succeed or failed, why people perform or not, why people go to work earlier than the others, why people are good while some are bad—I’ve covered a lot of stories and analysis which I feel worth sharing. I think my experiences and interviews with them are opportunities for other people to either learn or to make the same mistakes again.
