[Who would have thought that I’ll be dropping by at the National Library to apply (and claim) my first ISBN for my book Is There a Job Waiting for You?. ISBN stands for International Standard Book Number.]
Yes. At last I got the ISBN for my book. That means my book has its identity already. I thought applying for that is hard. Well, it’s the other way. A very easy process with a fee of PhP120.00.
And then I immediately go to Central Books for reprinting. I submitted some of my revisions. I’m claiming it today. I’m very lucky to be assisted by the people in Central Books. They are really generous to help me come up with a “perfect” one. Whenever I get there, they know I have some corrections with me. With other printers or publisher, you cannot just do that.
Ladz usually attends to me. He has a direct hand on the printing process. He was also from PUP. Maybe that’s why we almost have the same wavelength (and generosity).
I managed to reserved the website for Stefiana before I went to the National Library. I think I have made another day with little accomplishments. But mind you, little by little, a mountain is made.
