I’m a proud killer of competition. I hate competition so I don’t also want the people I’m consulting to a hard time winning any of them. I love creating competition of my own. And this is the same advice I give to my clients. They will have to make competition irrelevant. They cannot, in any case, give in to competition or their competitors.
As a business consultant, I give the company leaders several options where they can choose from. I give them the best selection based on my rich experience in the past.
